TJW Management is
established in the Central Florida Association
Management Industry. With 25 Licensed CAM's (Community
Association Managers) and over 125 full and part-time
employees, we offer a full list of services to the
Timeshare, Resort Condo, Condominium, and Homeowner
Associations in the area.
Company Background
TJW started in 1981 as a Developer's Management Company.
Morris Goodwin purchased a majority share in the stock
and redirected the company toward supplying services to
Owner Controlled CIRAs (Common Interest Realty
Associations). We have maintained our independent stance
and owner advocacy at the expense of rapid growth and
profit.

Our Professional Staff
The day-to-day control and activities are under the
expert care of Mrs. Terrie Hays
LCAM, Licensed Real
Estate Agent.
Terrie has been with TJW for over twenty years and has
held almost every job within the company. Terrie is now
Vice President and General Manger of TJW Management
Company. Ms. Kathy Fisler is Office Manager and keeps
everything running smoothly at the corporate
headquarters. Terrie is ably assisted by our Controller
and Senior Accountant, Ms. Becky Hedrick. With Terrie's
guidance and assistance, Becky manages the various
ledgers and accounting controls for the properties that
TJW services. The HOA division is headed up by Mr. Ed
Hunter
LCAM
. Ed is in charge of handling the Homeowner Associations
and assist Morris with technical issues regarding forms
printing, database issues and internal corporate tasks.
There are two Supervisors of Maintenance, Roger Koop
LCAM,
and Pete Wiemann
LCAM.
They are assigned to specific properties to assist the
on-site managers and staff with technical and procedural
maintenance issues and to assist the Board of Directors
with complex maintenance issues. The Corporate crew is
rounded out with Ms. Amy O'Connor, Human Resources and
Billings Clerk, Ms. Bobbie Hodges, Receptionist and Ms.
Mary Leonard, Receivables and Payables Assistant.
